Full Buffet Catering For Your Event
For larger gatherings, Russ Fam Kitchen offers complete buffet-style catering with food prepared, cooked, and arranged for your event. Our team can work with you to build a balanced menu based on your guests, event needs, and catering preferences.
Buffet catering has a $4,000 minimum. To request a quote, provide your event date and catering requirements, then select your preferred dishes from our catering menu. If there's a dish you'd like that isn't listed, our chef may be able to create it upon request.
For the best preparation, cooking, and service, we recommend building a balanced menu with:
1–2 sides
2–3 appetizers
1 chicken dish
1 beef dish
1 seafood dish
1 vegetarian option
1–2 desserts
